Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your RVK Fitness member app account and associated app data.

What Will Be Deleted

When your request is verified, RVK Fitness will delete or anonymize app account data such as profile information, app settings, workout logs, nutrition entries, check-ins, messages, community activity, notification records, signup records, and uploaded profile, progress, check-in, chat, community, or exercise media where deletion is legally and technically possible. Account and login records are not removed unless the system has verified that all account-owned files are gone.

What May Be Retained

Some data may be retained where required for legal, accounting, tax, payment, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. Retained data will be limited to what is necessary. This can include a restricted legacy folder key and one-way ownership hash used only to prevent a future account from inheriting access to an older private media folder.

How To Request Deletion In The App

Open Profile, tap Settings, choose Privacy, then tap Delete account. Confirm the account email, verify your current password, and type DELETE. You can cancel a pending request from the same Privacy screen before processing begins.
