Web Memberships

Web memberships purchased through Paddle follow the Paddle Refund Policy and all mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Paddle is the merchant of record for these purchases and reviews refund requests.

You can request a refund through the receipt or subscription-management link in your Paddle confirmation email, or through Paddle Buyer Support. Refund eligibility depends on the purchase date, product use, applicable law, and Paddle's review.

Apple App Store And Google Play

Memberships purchased through Apple or Google are billed and refunded by that store. Request a refund through the Apple App Store or Google Play account that completed the purchase. Their refund rules and decision apply.

Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time through the provider that billed it. Cancellation stops future renewals and access remains available until the end of the paid billing period unless the billing provider states otherwise. Cancellation by itself does not refund a completed charge.

Service Problems

If verified payment was completed but membership access was not delivered, contact us so we can investigate promptly. This does not limit any refund, withdrawal, or consumer rights available under applicable law.
