Using The App

The RVK Fitness app is for members and coaching clients. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for using the app lawfully and respectfully.

Fitness And Nutrition Disclaimer

Workouts, nutrition information, check-ins, and coaching content are for general fitness and wellness support. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness, or unsafe symptoms, and consult a qualified healthcare professional when needed.

User Content

You may upload or send content such as messages, logs, progress photos, and notes. Do not upload illegal, harmful, abusive, misleading, or infringing content. RVK Fitness may remove content or restrict access if needed to protect users or comply with law.

Subscriptions And Payments

Membership payments are processed through Apple, Google Play, or Paddle depending on where the subscription begins. A subscription is linked to the same RVK Fitness account across supported devices, but it must be managed or cancelled through the provider that billed it. Access depends on verified active payment status. Coaching payment terms, when offered, are communicated separately by RVK Fitness.

Account Deletion

You can request account deletion from inside the app or by visiting Account Deletion. Some records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
